How to make a lighter strawberry daiquiri

Step 1: Make the honey syrup.
You can make a “honey syrup” by mixing hot water into honey and letting the honey melt into the water. Melting the honey ensures it won’t harden when it hits the cold frozen fruit.
Step 2: Make the drink.
Blend the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and rum in your blender. Very simple!
