Lemon Turmeric Dressing with Mint

Lemon Turmeric Dressing with Mint

This lemon turmeric dressing with mint is a lighter from-scratch dressing with the most refreshing lemon and mint flavors. It is a great way to add turmeric into your diet and get its anti-inflammatory benefits.

This lemon turmeric dressing is a Marks & Spencer copycat recipe based on a salad that we used to purchase at that store. We fell in love with the great flavor of the dressing so much that we had to recreate a from-scratch version.

This salad dressing has a great lemon flavor with hints of mint. It is filled with lighter ingredients like apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and turmeric powder. We use this dressing to top our epic grilled chicken greek salad, along with pretty much any other kind of salad.

Why this recipe works

  • It is a satisfying way to add turmeric into your diet and is filled with lighter ingredients.
  • Turmeric is known for its anti powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant.
  • Lemon is a great source of Vitamin C. They help your body with iron absorption, so having a bit of lemon juice in your salad helps you absorb all of the iron in the veggies you are eating.
  • Mint helps aids in digestion. If you love mint, try this limonana drink made with mint and lemon.
  • Olive oil is full of heart-lighter fats, antioxidants, vitamin E and K.
