Why this recipe works
- It is simple to make. All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, top with the glaze and cook in the oven!
- This meatloaf makes wonderful leftovers.
- This recipe is naturally Paleo, Whole30, Dairy-free and Gluten-free.

Recipe ingredients
- Ground turkey– make sure to use regular fat turkey and not low fat. The meatloaf is more moist when regular ground turkey is used.
- Almond flour– blanched almond flour works well because it is refined in texture.
- Hot sauce– we highly recommend using Frank’s Redhot as your hot sauce because it made out of all natural ingredients, and is satisfying!
- Garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder– these spices season the meat while it cooks.
- Eggs– these bind the meatloaf together.
- Strained tomatoes– any simple tomato sauce will also work here.
See recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.
Additions/ Substitutions
- Instead of ground turkey, you can use ground chicken.
- Instead of almond flour, you can use oats. This recipe won’t be Paleo or Whole30 if you use oats.
