What makes this recipe great

Sunflower seed butter is considered an allergy friendly food because it is free of peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, fish, and crustacean shellfish. AKA the top 8 most common allergies. (Make sure the company you buy it from guarantees this)

It is a great “peanut butter” alternative for those who are allergic, like myself. We're actually allergic to all nuts except for almonds, which is why you won’t see any recipes with other nuts here.
