Paleo Cherry Clafoutis, Gluten-free

This Paleo Cherry Clafoutis is a summery and fresh dessert made in ramekins and filled with fresh baked cherries.
One of our favorite parts about summer is that it is cherry season. We love eating them fresh or frozen and in all dessert forms. We love cherry banana bread, cherry smoothies, and cherry granola.
And these little cherry-filled ramekins of French deliciousness are the essence of summer. Cherry clafoutis is one of our favorite recipes, and this is a Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free version.
