Lighter Turkey Sausage Patties, Paleo, Whole30

Lighter Turkey Sausage Patties, Paleo, Whole30

Turkey sausage patties are a satisfying, lighter, low carb, high protein recipe that make for the just right protein option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They cook in less than 30 minutes!

These turkey sausage patties are one of our favorite ways to eat ground turkey! The seasoning in them makes them a just right breakfast sausage option, or even a just right meat option to add to bowls or meals. They are filling, flavorful, lighter, and simple to make. They are also naturally dairy free, gluten free, Paleo and Whole30 compliant.

We know sausage patties are usually known for breakfast, and we love eating them with our cottage cheese egg bites, but we love using them to top big veggie bowls. If you also love one-bowl meals, try our Korean Beef Bowls.

  • Use turkey meat with some fat in it. This will give the patties more flavor.
  • Make sure to use the fennel seeds. These give the patties their “sausage” flavor.
